New Southgate Day Nursery and Preschool

Welcome to New Southgate Day Nursery and Preschool. Our long-standing team and setting are dedicated to providing the best care and education for children aged 3 months to 5 years. We’re very proud to be an Ofsted Good nursery and we can’t wait to welcome you and your little one.

Beautiful Rooms

Each of our nursery’s three spacious rooms has lots of natural light, with toddlers and preschoolers enjoying freeflow access to the garden.

The rooms feature excellent age-specific resources to support your little one’s development. From loose parts play, home role-play corners, reading nooks, art stations, and much more, there is always something new to discover.

We use your child’s interests as a basis for planning activities, and the children love getting involved with music and movement sessions, singing, cooking, dancing, and PE to name a few.

In preschool, we have our own qualified preschool teacher, who will prepare your little learner with the skills they need to feel ready and confident to start school.

Enriching Learning Programmes

At our nursery in New Southgate, your child will get the best start to their schooling life through enriching learning experiences thanks to our Growing Enhancement programmes. This unique programme introduces your child to essential key skills in subjects including maths, reading, writing, science, art, IT, sports, and more.

Stunning Outdoor Space

We’re fortunate to have a beautiful, large garden space, where the children can enjoy a range of stimulating activities. Our recently refurbished garden features age-specific resources including soft play slopes, trikes, building blocks, a seesaw, and an outdoor reading nook. We also have a lovely sensory garden which is full of textures, scents, and nature discoveries.

All-Inclusive Care and Convenience

• Nutritionally-balanced meals are prepared by our onsite chef. Our all-inclusive care extends to snacks, formula, nappies, wipes, and creams.
• Onsite buggy park.
• Conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from New Southgate Overground station and is close to Arnos Grove tube.
